Responsibility

  • be a People Lead on Values and Behaviours to champion the people culture in all aspects of performance, behaviour and conduct
  • support, advise and coach the management teams on the people management aspects of their role for the overall employee life-cycle from on-boarding/integration and to include Probation, Absence Management, Disciplinary, Grievance, and Performance Management

Requirements

  • strong ER and TUPE experience
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent relevant experience
  • experience from fast-paced customer driven environment
  • excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build effective relationships with diverse business areas
