Responsibility

  • setup new project folders and maintain records and folders for all current projects
  • maintain the vehicle fleet
  • update staff annual leave, sick leave and absentee calendar
  • checking and entering data, managing data/bases and spreadsheets
  • maintain the quotes enquiry register and periodically analyse the outcomes and report them to the Managing Director and Junior Project Manager
  • assist the Pearson’s Landscape Manager and Managing Director in preparing BIDs and tenders for new contracts using the various portals
