• to communicate with existing customers, in response to any requirements
• adding new projects/tasks requirement on the system
• gathering information from meeting notes and write project/task briefs

• responding to any new enquiries
• working alongside client service manager in holding client requirements
• oversee all aspects of general office coordination
• maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
• maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
• interact with clients
• support staff in assigned project-based work as needed
• coordinate office services, such as billing and contract preparation
• add projects to project management software and manage work flow, including archiving of completed projects and keeping projects on task
• keeping track on project/task budgets
