Responsibility

  • due to an increase in business, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team
  • we have a manufacturing site in Croydon, South London
  • our offices are based within the same building, which maximizes cross functional working and team camaraderie
  • your primary responsibility is to grow and strengthen existing partnerships
  • to Shape/deliver the strategic implementation of the commercial plan by establishing and pro-actively managing relationships at multiple levels
  • responsible for delivering effective working relationships and P&L management to deliver profitable growth
  • so, if you have Commercial management experience or food industry experience within fresh produce or chilled foods then we would love to hear from you
  • management of a large portfolio of SKUs across own label across a wide range of categories

Requirements

  • significant commercial and network experience working with own label brands or with food supply chain manufacturers
  • previous contract caterer management experience is a bonus.·
  • critical path project management experience preferential.·
  • ability to lead negotiations skillfully and create and deliver high impact pitches
  • excellent commercial acumen· A passion for the mission and raising awareness of food waste & sustainability
  • strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently
