Responsibility

  • maintain warehouse systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • keeping the storage yards & Locations accurate
  • ensuring that loads are complete and in full before being dispatched
  • maintaining standards of Health, Safety & Environment, in the working environment e.g.:- training, training records & PPE adherence

  • manage and maintain all processes relating to POD . Liaising with internal departments and customers
  • manage, file and maintain all internal sales documentation
  • using company systems to help support the accounts department in resolving customer invoice queries
  • conduct contract review of sales orders to ensure accuracy of processing
  • input daily sales figures onto the company's shared database to track sales intake performance
  • adhere to a high level of company standards including customer service
  • matching up order documentation with delivery notes to ensure a fully traceable paper trail for audit compliance
  • assist the compliance department to satisfy statutory requirements in addition to best practice & continual improvement for the business

  • prepare quotations, track projects and follow up in a timely manner to generate profitable business for the company
  • process received enquiries in a timely manner to ensure optimal order conversion
  • process purchase orders, sales orders, back orders, invoices and credit notes
  • ensure sales order paperwork complies to contract review procedure
  • generate transport requests in a timely manner to the transport & logistics department
  • push to pick order advices to ensure warehouse processing meets customer expectations on delivery
  • to liaise with planning department in order to provide customers with accurate lead time / product availability information
  • liaise with existing supply partners to source and procure stock as necessary to meet customer requirements in conjunction with corporate purchasing strategy
