manage and maintain all processes relating to POD . Liaising with internal departments and customers
manage, file and maintain all internal sales documentation
using company systems to help support the accounts department in resolving customer invoice queries
conduct contract review of sales orders to ensure accuracy of processing
input daily sales figures onto the company's shared database to track sales intake performance
adhere to a high level of company standards including customer service
matching up order documentation with delivery notes to ensure a fully traceable paper trail for audit compliance
assist the compliance department to satisfy statutory requirements in addition to best practice & continual improvement for the business

to liaise with planning department in order to provide customers with accurate lead time / product availability information
liaise with existing supply partners to source and procure stock as necessary to meet customer requirements in conjunction with corporate purchasing strategy
