- perform all aspects of roofing, from start to finish
- assist experienced roofers with the installation of roofs
- ability to work in a team environment
- learn to use roofing tools and equipment safely and effectively
- adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety standards
- be able to take instruction from site supervisor
- follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- A strong interest in learning the roofing trade
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks and be comfortable working at heights
- 5 years of roofing experience required
- good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- must be able to drive a van or other means of transportation when needed
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- must have valid UK License
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
