• are you an experienced Part Sales Advisor looking for a new role with career progression working for one of the world's leading HGV manufactures? Do you have previous experience in selling motor vehicle parts? If so then we have an exciting opportunity for you?
• to deputise in all areas of the parts department as directed by the Branch Manager
• you will work closely with the parts team at Warrington to ensure parts are sent to customers in a timely manner
• attend any training course as deemed necessary by the parts supervisor
• ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards
• to assist and maintain stock room duties
• ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
• to maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere and uphold all ISO9002 requirements
• to comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures
• receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering
