- as Office Manager/Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the management of the office, meeting and greeting visitors, managing meeting room bookings on and off site, acting as front of house for onsite meetings and arranging refreshments, dealing with telephone enquiries, ordering stationery, daily post, booking couriers and accepting deliveries and petty cash
- you will also be required to provide administrative support to the senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and events as required
