payroll
Responsibility
- responsible for managing & processing the monthly payroll administration ensuring the company payroll is processed accurately and within the required timeframe
- working with outside providers on CSA/Pension/AOE payments
- liaising with the finance team to ensure they have all the required information to process payments
- correcting any discrepencies after the payroll calculations processes are completed
- manage the HR email-box and respond to queries
- provide information, advice & guidance on Time and attendance system to resolve pay queries and data discrepancies
- responsible for completing the required administration / reports with regards to the monthly pension administration
- deliver accurate and effective payroll audit reports, ensuring a 4-eye approach and compliance to all internal/ external audit and legal compliance
