- receiving deliveries of inbound stock
- organising collections of orders
- build and repair of Forklift Trucks
- take responsibility for all relevant paperwork
- requirement to attend field calls on client sites as required
- previous experience of working in a warehouse/servicing environment
- driving licence is essential
- FLT license is essential
- previous experience of working with technical equipment
- high level of reliability and punctuality
- previous experience of using a warehouse management system
- admin in Service Department
- general administrational tasks
- understanding of Customer service

- phone and email expertise
- updating customers on quotes, lead times etc
- invoicing and queries
- basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
- complete Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
- managing repair parts
- keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
- maintaining daily communications with workshop control to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
- meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements
- previous experience of working with technical equipment
- ability to work in a technical environment – an understanding of parts
- working to high levels of customer service
- experience of working with people
- excellent problem solving and critical analysis skills with attention to detail
- passionate about the work you do, with the energy and drive to motivate the team around you
- full driving licence
- safely transport me to scheduled appointments, errands, and other destinations as needed
- ensure timeliness and reliability for pick-ups and drop-offs
- maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle environment
- provide courteous and professional service at all times
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- prior experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or professional driver preferred
- strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- reliable, punctual, and discreet
- ability to provide flexibility in scheduling
- proficiency in assembling mechanical components
- familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
- ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- power tools: 1 year
- ensure all fabricated components meet quality standards, tolerances, and client specifications
