- responsible for restocking the store room and cold room
- ensuring food is packed, labelled and stored in accordance with all applicable food hygiene and safety regulations

- passionate about hairdressing
- desire to become a great hairdresser
- previous hairdressing experience would be good but not required
- stylist: 2 years
- hairdressing: 2 years
- use of one trolley to store all your equipment
- experienced in developing teams and deliver excellent service to guests
- management/Supervisory background with experience of over 2 years
- hotel or Other – Management back ground
- use of Opera Cloud
- to help our guests at the check-in / check-out kiosks or with the mobile self service
- to be helpful and friendly with all guests at all times
- to solve any problems the customers may have with any element of the product or service
- work effectively with everybody and demonstrate teamwork
- prepare coffees, cocktails and other consumable items and maintain any displays at the hotel
- to welcome the guests to the hotel in an efficient and friendly way and support them with whatever required to have an amazing stay
- guarantee the quality of all our services and offering with the guest experience at heart
- support the guest with any issues they may have and take ownership to resolve this effectively with a smile
