Requirements

A Catering and Hospitality GNVQ/SGA or NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or other relevant qualification gained from a one or two year full time college course required
strong organisational and time management skills
knowledge of cultural dietary needs and food preparation practices
good knowledge of current legislation affecting the services to be provided, with the ability to deliver tool box training sessions to Facilities staff and volunteers
