  • deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards

room attendant

Responsibility

  • greeting guests and responding to queries
  • changing bed linen and making beds
  • replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap
  • sweeping and mopping floors
  • vacuuming carpets
  • dusting and polishing furniture
  • emptying bins
  • cleaning public areas

Requirements

  • previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience desired not essential

Requirements

  • extensive experience as a Head Chef or Sr Sous Chef in a busy restaurant
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • high level of creativity
  • organizational and multitasking abilities
  • thorough knowledge of kitchen safety
  • experience managing labour and GP budgets preferred
  • excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the front-of-house team
