- the Shingler Group is looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist/Technician to join our expanding in house design team

Show more +3 - this wide-ranging role represents a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Architectural Technologist/Technicians to further their career, working on projects in the residential sector, on bespoke one-off residential properties through to larger strategic sites along with projects in the commercial and education sector
- the successful candidates will play a vital role in the delivery of our development pipeline and will join a small team that provide a wide range of technical support to the business including the development of the standard house type designs and specifications, the supervision of external professionals who input into planning and technical approvals, co-ordination of engineering and services information, the management of planning and building regulations submissions as well as supporting construction through the delivery process
- production and maintenance of drawing registers
Requirements
- knowledge of local and national planning policies
- thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
- knowledge of NHBC/LABC Warranty Standards

- degree or HND/C in Architectural Technology . Applications will be considered from applicants without a Degree or HND if they have extensive experience
