• this is an exciting new opportunity as the role will be new in its entirety within the Sheridan Lifts project department, so a real opportunity for the right candidate to take ownership and help drive the business forwards
• the successful candidate will be working alongside the Projects Director and Head of Commercial Department, the main responsibility will be to lead and deliver project accounting reporting including, cashflow, revenue, costs to date and works in progress
• ensure appropriate job notes are maintained, updated, and documented for new/changed variations claims
• ensuring the correct paperwork is achieved for the submission of our staged invoice process with clients
• assisting with the preparation and full documentation of assigned monthly reconciliations and other reporting requirements
• produce monthly management pack, published to Directors
• adopting a lean methodology to review, suggest improvements, and assist in the implementation of changes to the processes and controls around all aspects of projects with a view to removing risk
• building and maintain effective relationships with operational teams and group functions
