Responsibility
- ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines throughout the evening
- act promptly and effectively in case of emergencies, maintaining calm and providing necessary assistance
- take responsibility for the security of the site during paranormal shifts and Night Behind Bars events
- perform unlocking and locking procedures as required, conducting regular checks of the premises during the event
- collaborate with event organisers and hosts, ensuring their familiarity with the site and awareness of relevant health and safety protocols
- provide excellent customer service, serving in the café/gift shop during the event
- complete various tasks assigned by the line manager throughout the night to ensure the smooth operation of the event
Requirements
- display confidence and maintain a professional demeanour in all situations
- previous experience in a customer service role
- exhibit flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements
- some experience working in event management or related fields would be advantageous
- be comfortable working alone during night shifts
- possess a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to responsibilities
- demonstrate resilience and the ability to remain composed in potentially eerie surroundings
- be reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling the assigned duties
