Responsibility
- develop and manage project plans, including phasing, budget, timelines, and resources
- coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
- create and present project reports for the Operations Directors, including status updates, financial performance, and key performance indicators

- monitor project progress and risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- prepare and deliver project presentations to senior leadership teams
- ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- develop and implement project management processes, procedures, and tools to support effective project management
