- we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals that want to create great food and service

- prepare all dishes, plating, and menus
- oversee the kitchen staff's work, including the hiring of new cooks and line cooks
- maintain a positive attitude and ensure that all staff members are following recipes, prep lists, and serving orders
- ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- ensure that all areas in the kitchen are kept clean and sanitized at all times
