SFM GLOBAL is looking for employees for positions:
- overseeing the Family’s relocation in coordination with other personnel and property manager
- making personal or house orders, running ad hoc errands, while maintaining good working relationship with suppliers of goods and services
- assisting in diary management for the Principals
- organising international travel, including visa arrangements, flights, hotel & restaurant reservations, transfers, entertainment etc
- assisting with and overseeing local school & kindergarten enrolments, as well as regular payments
- organising events of small and large scale
- mediating between the principals and the wider team i.e. household staff, contractors etc
- ensuring all payments to contractors and third parties are made in timely manner
- extensive private PA experience supporting a high-profile individual

- PC proficiency
- excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- must be aware of and sensitive to confidentiality aspects of the job
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to deal with an absolute discretion with multiple requests in a timely manner without specific direction
- ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- ACCA qualified
- ability to translate from English into Russian and vice versa
- experience of at least 5 years of working in a finance department
- to work with a high degree of accuracy

- first class interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and credibility

- liaise with external auditors and produce year end statutory accounts & file tax and vat returns
