Responsibility

• we are currently seeking an experienced Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator for a full-time position
• undertake all aspects of fabrication, including cutting profiles, crimping, gasketing, and cleaning in a commercial environment
• ensure that fabricated pieces are made to specification and meet high standards of finish

• this role also involves providing technical support, training, and collaborating with the production management team
• optimize materials during production and prevent damage to material surfaces
• liaise with the Production Management to assess the build process for each new job/contract
• provide technical support to other team members and assist in solving any problems discovered
• maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• adhere to all company policies, health & safety, and environmental/sustainability policies
• the successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems, ensuring the highest quality standards within a busy factory environment

Requirements

• minimum 5 years of experience in the fabrication of aluminium window, door, and curtain walling systems
• ability to work effectively as part of a team
• detailed knowledge of aluminium window and door fabrication systems, including SAS

• experience in fabricating aluminium storefronts, frames, and doors
• ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• ability to work with various materials, machines, tools, and equipment used in the industry
• strong organizational and communication skills
• familiarity with manufacturers' installation instructions
• excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• MIG welding: 1 year
• fabrication: 5 years
