day to day running of the service kitchen and overseer of the prep kitchen
menu, special orders and catering planning
consistency of food and portion control
ordering
stock management and rotation
training of kitchen staff as required
kitchen rota's and holiday cover
food hygiene, cleanliness, EH compliance and required daily paperwork. You will ensure that all EH policies and procedures are adhered to to maintain our 5-star rating
