Requirements
the person must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of coordinating a home care service
developing and supporting staff in a social care setting is essential
staff management in a home care setting would be an advantage
good local knowledge of the communities we support and geographical surrounding areas
excellent understanding of the social care sector, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in home care setting
coaching as an approach to supervision would be desirable
strong geographical knowledge of the areas we operate
