- to lead your team to ensure all production targets and quality standards are met
- ensuring priority orders are communicated and progressed across the shifts
- ensure regular communication/briefing to provide the team with the relevant information to carry out their shift to maximum effect
- seek to learn from experiences
- kitting parts and loading scheduled work orders into the start of the production line

- experience of leading and influencing others within a team
- experience of leading others in a manufacturing environment
- proactive problem-solving skills
- experience/knowledge of lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities
- confident in making decisions
- knowledge/understanding of pressure sensor products
- excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak to different departments across the business
- ability to analyse and interpret data
