Education
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferably in Human Resources or a Business related discipline
- generalist / HR employee lifecycle experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- we require HR experience in the UK. Additional experience across European countries would be an added benefit
- you have experience interpreting UK employment legislation
Responsibility
- act as a central HR contact person for the manufacturing sites in Milton Keynes and Felinfach
- oversee HR and payroll procedures
- absence Management
- recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding activities
- HR System data integrity
- build and maintain personal, yet professional, relationships with employees and colleagues
- support change management initiatives under guidance of the HR Manager
- effectively manage employee relations issues
