Responsibility
- we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse
- manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory counts
- coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods and materials
- supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- orchestrating the replenishment of FBA stock levels
- develop and implement processes and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions
Requirements
- relevant qualifications in warehouse management required
- strong knowledge of FBA procedures
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
- experience with Linnworks software would be a massive benefit
- familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- driving license required
