- demonstrable experience as a marketing and sales operations analyst within a scale-up B2B SaaS organisation
- demonstrable experience managing, developing and working with HubSpot
- exposure and knowledge of an enterprise sales cycle, knowing ways to improve each stage of the funnel and through customer retention
- A passion for revenue tooling across the marketing, sales and customer success tech stack
- an eye for prioritisation and focus, able to assess the landscape and home in on the largest impact initiatives
- A track record of using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and putting these improvements into practice. You understand the power of storytelling through data and how to influence decisions
- an active growth mindset and excited by the opportunity to join as our first RevOps team member
- an eye for detail and making sure the small things are done right. Our success must be tracked so we look for diligence in setting standards and processes for our data
Responsibility
- maintaining CRM Data Quality: Taking ownership of data hygiene within Hubspot. Continuously monitoring and upholding data quality in the marketing database
- you'll report to: Sarah Sutton, Chief Marketing Officer
