- secure Healthcare are seeking a 360 recruitment consultant with experience in the Healthcare sector to join our expanding team
- secure Healthcare Solutions are seeking 360 recruitment consultants with experience in the Healthcare sector to join our expanding team
- we provide Temporary and Permanent staffing solutions to the NHS in the West Midlands, East Midlands, North West and North East
- we providing Temporary and Permanent staffing solutions to the West Midlands and surrounding areas, in the private sector
- liaising with our clients to fully understand their recruitment requirements and generating new business leads
- recruiting into the NHS for Nurses and HCA's
- managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies
Requirements
- experience is a fast-paced sales or recruitment environment
- experience of understanding compliance processes and procedures
- experience working in Specialist care sector
- confident in business development calls to potential New clients and existing clients
- excellent levels of customer service
- A high attention to detail
