Responsibility
- delivering presentations to clients and platform users and train on its functionalities to encourage engagement
- communicating with the Development team to keep up to date with platform’s new features and recommend improvements
- communicating with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively
- exceeding expectations in terms of product quality
- ensuring that internal systems and processes are maintained
- carrying out the build of projects on our digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors and delegates maximise on the networking opportunities we offer
- offering professional guidance to clients to ensure we build a quality product that is suited to their event’s sector, users and objectives
Requirements
- previous trade show experience whilst working for an event organiser is preferrable
- great communication and presentation skills
- effective planning and organisation
- confidence in building relationships with clients and their partners/customers
- ability to work under pressure
- flexibility to work in different time zones when required
- project Management: 3 years
