- mileage is paid at 45p per mile

- part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week
- full control of the running of the Domiciliary Care Agency
- to ensure that Seashells Ltd remains focused on its aims & objectives, and to evaluate this process regularly
- to ensure the Policies and Procedures are maintained and implemented
- ultimate responsibility for all staff
- to ensure that there is good communication and effective team building amongst all staff
- monitor electronic systems
- oversee management team briefings
- ensure successful implementation of quality control systems
