Requirements

  • excellent attention to detail essential
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written essential
  • must be able to build positive working relationships both internally and with external Customers
  • must be able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • previous knowledge of Construction Industry is preferable but not essential
  • due to location, driving licence is ideal but not essential

Responsibility

  • managing retentions, diarising, issuing payment applications and chasing for final payments, ensuring these are received in a timely manner. Liaising with Senior Management with regards to any payment issues
  • attending project meetings with departmental heads to update and report on all ongoing projects
  • any other ad hoc duties
