previous knowledge of Construction Industry is preferable but not essential
due to location, driving licence is ideal but not essential
Responsibility
managing retentions, diarising, issuing payment applications and chasing for final payments, ensuring these are received in a timely manner. Liaising with Senior Management with regards to any payment issues
attending project meetings with departmental heads to update and report on all ongoing projects
