SEAGATE HOMES is looking for employees for positions:
- Work alongside and support other members of the technical team
- Assist in the preparation of Building Regulation compliance drawings & supporting
- diploma of Higher Education
- ensure familiarity with companies Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities
- analyse tenders upon return to ensure compliant bids are received
- prepare tender authority sheet including recommendation to the Operations Manager for placing sub-contract order
- prepare full enquiry pack, collating all tender information, ensuring fully compliant tender packs are issued
- preparing monthly management accounts and reconciliations
- creating monthly journals and account analysis and assist with financial year end and audit work
- preparing and submit insurance quotation documents
- processing and action supplier invoices, sub-contractor valuations and month end payment runs
- preparing funding requests, cashflow and forecasting documents
- collating, submitting and approving monthly payroll to our third-party payroll provider
- preparing and submitting CIS submissions to HMRC
- preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
