Responsibility

  • maintain the accounting records for the Group and Division of Smoke Control Services Ltd
  • production of month end management accounts including analysis. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset schedule
  • daily processing of bank transactions and reconciliations
  • manage the debtor ledger effectively
  • preparation and posting of monthly journals
  • produce quarterly VAT Returns – reconciling to the nominal ledger
  • prepare weekly / monthly sales reports
  • assist with the preparation of budgets, year-end schedules
