please note, there is no bus transport to Scott's so you must be able to commute
basic barista training and waiting experience is essential to help deliver exceptional service to our clientele - if you not not have the relevant experience then unfortunately your application will be automatically rejected
the restaurant is open 9-4 Monday to Saturday and 10-3 on Sundays, there are no evening shifts, although 1-2 evenings may be required over Halloween and the Christmas Period
staff meals are provided for a 6 + hour shift, and tips are split daily between all staff

Responsibility
§ Ensure the accidents are logged and that preventative measures are actioned as required
§ Works alongside the full management team to ensure staff schedules manage the payroll costs effectively and flexibly by monitoring wage costs vs turnover on a weekly basis to achieve garden centre and departmental budget payroll
§ Controls stock levels effectively throughout their departments to maximise sales whilst managing wastage costs in line with expected gross margin targets
§ Responsible for cash management and banking procedures throughout the centre
