  • please note, there is no bus transport to Scott's so you must be able to commute

  • the restaurant is open 9-4 Monday to Saturday and 10-3 on Sundays, there are no evening shifts, although 1-2 evenings may be required over Halloween and the Christmas Period
  • staff meals are provided for a 6 + hour shift, and tips are split daily between all staff

  • § Controls stock levels effectively throughout their departments to maximise sales whilst managing wastage costs in line with expected gross margin targets
  • § Responsible for cash management and banking procedures throughout the centre
