  • you will have strong leadership skills to communicate and manage quality standards across the business to ensure KPI targets are achieved
  • have the ability to professionally communicate and build relationships with our customers and understand their business requirements and expectations
  • you will be able to demonstrate proven experience and implement improvement techniques to effectively increase quality and improve costs
  • experience of the casting and machining process is highly desirable
