- the Opportunity
- the role requires strong attention to detail and a keen eye for process execution
- organise additional elements for the holiday such as excursions, restaurants, spa treatments in conjunction with the Travel Consultant
- with offices in the UK, US and Singapore, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to all our guests from the moment they begin their research online, right the way through to post-holiday evaluations
- help build and design highly tailored travel quotations to deliver to guests
- support team KPIs and targets by assisting with guest communication both pre and post booking of a luxury holiday
- we have travelled the length and breadth of Africa and the Middle East and tested every possible route to enable us to curate itineraries that work seamlessly, taking in the country’s many highlights at just the right pace
