  • you would be required to contribute to the upkeep and appearance of the Company’s premises
  • emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
  • to keep front of building tidy by sweeping or picking up litter
  • dry-dust mopping treatment room areas
  • damp or wet mopping all other floors, depending on floor type
  • vacuum cleaning carpeted areas, including stairs
  • cleaners are required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Building Manager, using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification
  • to replenish consumable items if required
