Requirements
2 years commercial experience as a manual tester on a SaaS product
significant experience feature & regression testing web UI, APIs and internal desktop apps
excellent understanding and experience of modern QA practices and tools
experience devising and executing detailed test plans
experience triaging customer issues/bugs and creating tracker tickets
ability to understand our product, empathise with customers and be their voice
have a track record of working independently while contributing to a larger team
experience working directly with developers and providing QA feedback to them
