Requirements
- 2 years commercial experience as a manual tester on a SaaS product
- significant experience feature & regression testing web UI, APIs and internal desktop apps
- excellent understanding and experience of modern QA practices and tools
- experience devising and executing detailed test plans
- experience triaging customer issues/bugs and creating tracker tickets
- ability to understand our product, empathise with customers and be their voice
- have a track record of working independently while contributing to a larger team
- experience working directly with developers and providing QA feedback to them
