Responsibility

  • collaborate with customers on new menu concept development, supporting project briefs and participating on supplier chef councils
  • develop menu applications and concepts using Schreiber’s full product portfolio in collaboration with consumer insights
  • this role will also work closely with our business teams during the lifecycle of the project to develop, commercialize and execute
  • understand customer kitchen processes to ensure product portfolio meets customer needs
  • act as liaison between Schreiber’s development teams and operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects
  • sitting in the Foodservice Commercial Team in Europe, this role is primarily responsible for identifying and supporting key projects through hands-on culinary interaction with the new product development and culinary teams at our customers in EMEA
  • monitor local and regional culinary trends with our insights team to drive creative solutions and innovation
  • develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer culinary, new product development, technical, marketing and operations teams to ensure Schreiber understands our customer’s development needs and are executing against those accordingly
