• liaising with internal and external ICT partners and colleagues on new sales opportunities, projects, or remedial activities
• keeping abreast of new ICT Education developments
• covering for other members of the ICT team as required, including Project and Line Managers
• capable of producing ICT support or educational documentation
• ability to work with other employees or customers who do not have an ICT background
• carrying out scheduled daily tasks such as checking backup and server re-boot status and providing daily reports on any activities undertaken and any issues or potential issues encountered
• completion of Quality Assurance visits for the ICT Service in general and ICT Projects in particular
• carry out and complete accurate site surveys and ICT Audits to stringent SBS documentation standards
• manage any ICT Projects as directed by an ICT Principal Engineer, their deputy or the ICT Service Lead
