  • contacting the artists via phone/email to determine their availability, requirements and key selling points for each event
  • following up all live proposals regularly, responding to client feedback as appropriate, in order to convert the enquiry into a sale
  • managing artists logistics, such as calculating artists travel , obtaining artist visa’s and liaising with technical suppliers
  • inputting all contractual information on the companies CRM system, ensuring all information is correct and in agreement with both parties

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the confidence to liaise with international markets
  • highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and adapt your workload depending on your managers requirements
  • previous experience working in events/entertainment
  • previous experience working in sales
  • A creative mindset - you enjoy coming up with new and exciting ideas
  • strong IT skills, with knowledge of the internet and social media, as well as experience working with a CRM system being desirable

events executive

Responsibility

  • responding to all logistical queries from clients and artists pre-event, to ensure all requirements are met from both sides
  • gathering Insurance documents, Risk Assessments, Method Statements from artists to ensure clients have all documentation required prior to the event
  • joining technical calls in the run up to events with the client, artist or production team
  • preparing client and artist contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align and all relevant details are included
  • preparing itineraries for booked events, to include finalised event timings and client/artist contact details
  • arranging national and international travel, booking accommodation for artists and staff when required and preparing detailed travel itineraries
  • managing visa applications for artists
  • being an out of hours point of contact for artists, clients and staff, calmly managing any issues should they arise

Requirements

  • understanding and previous experience of the events industry, with a passion for entertainment and artist/client relations
  • excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • strong accuracy skills, with a high attention to detail
  • experience of working in a fast paced environment, with a high workload
  • IT literate, to include compatible with CRM systems and online research
  • approachable and calm manner, with the confidence to work across multiple departments
  • experience in writing and/or approving contracts

  • responding to all artist queries both pre and post booking, via phone/email, and regularly updating them on the stage of the booking

Requirements

  • previous PA/EA experience
  • previous experience working in events/entertainment, and/or administration
