Responsibility
to receive deliveries and ensure that incoming mail and parcels are received and distributed in a competent, efficient and professional manner
complete the required administrative functions i.e. diary logs, key logs etc
to ensure that all Concierge Building Management departments practices and standards are maintained to the highest levels at all times
manage and monitor activities of all third party service providers ensuring that the work they undertake is completed in an appropriate manger and to the required standard
to be vigilant about noise incidents and deal with them accordingly. Ongoing complaints/issues should be reported to the Managing Agents
