Responsibility
- to receive deliveries and ensure that incoming mail and parcels are received and distributed in a competent, efficient and professional manner
- complete the required administrative functions i.e. diary logs, key logs etc
- to ensure that all Concierge Building Management departments practices and standards are maintained to the highest levels at all times
- manage and monitor activities of all third party service providers ensuring that the work they undertake is completed in an appropriate manger and to the required standard
- to be vigilant about noise incidents and deal with them accordingly. Ongoing complaints/issues should be reported to the Managing Agents
