operating the bars throughout the site
liaising with the Bar Manager and dealing with any operational concerns
delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control
effective shift management of the bar teams
the Role of Bars Manager will oversee the ordering, stocking, staff recruitment and sales of multiple bars across a large format site
managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development
monitoring and adhering health and safety systems
this person needs to be a proven high volume bars/general manager looking for an exciting challenge within this fast paced and constantly evolving business
