Requirements

  • previous experience in a maintenance engineering role
  • strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • maintenance: 3 years

Responsibility

  • carry out planned and preventative maintenance of assigned production machinery and to manage, resolve and prioritise daily repairs or technical problems that may arise during the shift. To support the need of production at all times
  • maintaining cleanliness, tidiness and discipline to company standards
  • 14.To undertake any reasonable requests from Managers and other members of staff
  • 13.Carry out relevant training as and when required
  • actively participate in the development of apprentices / trainees, where required
