Requirements
- to take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times
- qualified RGN with active PIN
- educated to degree/postgraduate level in a clinical discipline
- experience of operating at a management level within a clinical role
- qualified Nurse with NMC registration
- experience in clinical governance and quality assurance
- demonstrable experience in developing productive relationships with strong teams, identifying improvement opportunities and influencing change
- qualifications in organisational governance e.g. ISO9001 auditor or equivalent is desirable, though not essential
Responsibility
- demonstrate and support a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security
- to provide holiday and sickness cover for Clinical Lead roles as required
- proactively manage the incident reporting system, ensuring all incidents are investigated in a timely manner and the lessons learnt are shared with all relevant teams and team members
- collate all required information and ensure timely submission of accurate data to inform the corporate Clinical Scorecard
