- to provide a friendly and welcoming service to our loyal regular attenders for 3/12 and 6/12 maintenance visits
- follow all practice policies and procedures and patient confidentiality
- establish and maintain productive working relationships with the dental team
- comply with all GDC and CQC requirements
- decon/Instrument help provided
- dental Hygiene qualification
- GDC Registration
- some experience desired but will consider all applications
- dental hygienist: 1 year
- management: 3 years
- dental management: 2 years
- action bad debt procedures
- ensure staff and dentists operate within all Company policy and procedures
- actively manage patient complaints
- ensure all equipment is validated, effectively maintained to meet manufacturers and Company guidance and meet HTMO1-05 compliance
- managing absence & sickness of staff & dentists
- manage Practice correspondence and administration
- advise Area Manager of dentist missed sessions due to sickness
- ensure cash handling and banking procedures are always carried out according to Company procedures
