A wonderful caring team & manager . Looked after my mum so well I cannot fault them, they built trust with her slowly due to her Alzheimer’s . They went above & beyond every day. It’s not an easy job but they made my mums day to day living very smooth.. She so looked forward to their daily visits, they were kind , caring & most importantly respectful of my mum as she is a very proud independent lady still . I would like to especially mention Lucy , who went above & beyond on mums last day at home staying with her for hours & not leaving her side . Peter the Manager , excellent at communicating with myself, answers emails & questions efficiently & quickly . I highly recommend Samlex to care for your relatives . As a family we thank you all so much for, & I know mum would if she could xx
