SAMEDAYDOCTOR is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility
you will be working in a busy private medical health practice, providing excellent customer service over the telephone and on reception
keeping the reception/waiting area tidy and presentable at all times
other duties agreed by the Reception Manager
you will be joining a close-knit, friendly and professional team and would be expected to deal with various enquiries, including booking patients to doctors’ clinics and processing payments
you will be offering information about the various services, pass on information to patients before and after their medical tests and more
typical duties will include scanning documents, sending out patient registration forms via email and checking these have been received. Also ensuring end of day tasks are completed which would include preparing the clinic for the following day
Requirements
must possess good communication skills, written and verbal, and have the ability to work well with a variety of people
ability to prioritise and problem solve
ability to relate well to patients, families, co-workers and physicians
ability to speak other language/s would be ideal but not essential
