however, cooking won’t be the only task you’ll be carrying out

cooking over fire/coals features heavily on the menu. Therefore, applicants who have experience cooking over fire/grilling would be ideal. Applicants without the relevant experience are still welcome to apply and adequate training will be provided
working evenings and weekends will be required. Although we like to be fair and rotate unsociable hours among the team and accommodate for any personal requirements
Requirements
knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene & Allergens. Level 2&3 required if not training can be supplied
minimum 12months grill experience with responsibilities/managerial experience preferred
