our Sally Lunn's Production Kitchen and Bakery team in Corsham are looking for a new recruit to join our growing business
you'll be out and done by 2pm each day depending on how busy we are
you'll love having your evenings and occasional weekends free as this is an early bird role starting at 6-8am with flexible shift patterns
this role can be offered on a part time, flexible basis for the right candidate
there will also be additional hours available to cover team holiday as required
there is also the opportunity to pick up additional hours when they are on offer - helping you save for that special gift, holiday or occasion
sally Lunns is a historic Eating House and Museum with a brilliant reputation within Bath and beyond. Your role at the Production kitchen and Bakery would be at the heart of the business and is pivotal to its overall success

fully understand the store’s performance, targets and KPIs and ability to analyse your business
assist the Store Manager in the colleague journey from onboarding through to offboarding and everything in between
ensuring the team are constantly delivering and providing exceptional service standards
confidently articulate analysis of business performance to key stakeholders across the business
feedback on store performance and trends on a weekly basis to the Store Manager
complete regular 1 to 1’s and performance reviews with your team with focus on career development
continually focus on ways to improve all aspects of the retail operations of the store
ensure compliance with Brand procedures and training for all colleagues
