  • our Sally Lunn's Production Kitchen and Bakery team in Corsham are looking for a new recruit to join our growing business
  • you'll be out and done by 2pm each day depending on how busy we are
  • you'll love having your evenings and occasional weekends free as this is an early bird role starting at 6-8am with flexible shift patterns
  • this role can be offered on a part time, flexible basis for the right candidate
  • there will also be additional hours available to cover team holiday as required

Responsibility

  • fully understand the store’s performance, targets and KPIs and ability to analyse your business
  • assist the Store Manager in the colleague journey from onboarding through to offboarding and everything in between
  • ensuring the team are constantly delivering and providing exceptional service standards
