delivering on our customer promise strategy by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do
upselling and ensuring all sales are processed efficiently and accurately
you will need to shadow team members to engage and learn about all the products we sell
working as a team to deliver the best customer experience while supporting one another and having fun along the way
you will be predominately based within the showroom working through new leads and pricing from drawings and customer requirements
there may be times when you will be required to visit customers houses to price up projects
engaging with our customers to make them feel welcome and building relationships so that they leave the showroom having had a positive experience
