Credit ControllerLocation: Newforge Lane, Belfast (hybrid after the initial training period - 2 days in office, 3 at home)Salary: £24,000, plus a 10% (performance related) annual bonus. Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, the main objective for the Credit Controller is to reduce arrears in line with target, improving company’s cash flow while at the same time ensuring all market Codes of Practice, Data Protection and in-house department procedures are followed. The role will involve incoming and outbound telephone calls, investigative work to locate debtors, working with third party agencies and reporting information when required to the Regulatory Department.Day-to-day, here’s what your new role would look like:· Making outbound calls to customers in line with company procedure· Taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries promptly and efficiently· Managing a debt list portfolio· Negotiating payment agreements with customers· Monitoring and working on system To Dos as required and in line with targets· Creating and registering new accounts· Dealing with internal and external third-party stakeholders· Ensuring that all debt management activities adhere to Regulatory Codes of Practice, Data
